The physio-ball does requires a middle level of fitness and balance. And…It mainly requires taking it slow & easy. My Yin Yoga students know that’s how I roll! Slow & easy!
Sitting on a ball is a bit foreign to most of us, unless we grew up in a Circus Tent. We have been putting our round bottoms on flat surfaces all of our lives! Putting those buttocks on a ball is a whole new experience.
So if you love learning curves and a physical challenge like I do I'm sure you'll agree the Physio-Fun Ball is perfect! So come and play with me.
